1. About Jameela Spa Ajman

Jameela Spa Ajman is a licensed massage and wellness centre operating in Al Rashidiya 2, Ajman, United Arab Emirates, under Ajman DED Professional License No. 130394 (trade name: Muskaan Spa Gents). We have been serving clients in Ajman since 2018.

Our facility is located at Villa No 7, Near Ammar Bin Yasir Street, Al Rashidiya 2, Ajman, UAE. These Terms and Conditions govern all services offered by Jameela Spa Ajman, as well as the use of our website at jameelaspaajman.ae.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website, contacting us for a booking, or physically visiting our facility, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should refrain from using our services or website.

These terms apply to all clients, visitors, and website users, whether visiting from Ajman, Sharjah, or any other location in the UAE.

3. Services Offered

Jameela Spa Ajman offers the following professional wellness and massage therapy services:

• Kerala Ayurvedic Massage
• Thai Bodywork Massage
• Moroccan Hammam Bath
• Russian Remedial Therapy
• Indian Oil Massage
• Pakistani Deep-Pressure Massage

All sessions are conducted in private, air-conditioned rooms by diploma-holding therapists trained in a single discipline. Sessions are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Full pricing and session details are available on our Services page.

Jameela Spa Ajman is a male-only facility. All services are provided exclusively to male clients.

4. Booking & Appointments

Bookings can be made by:

• Walking in directly — no prior appointment is necessary

We do not require advance deposits for standard walk-in sessions. For special arrangements or group bookings, we may request a confirmation message.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel any booking at our discretion, particularly if these Terms and Conditions have been previously violated.

5. Pricing & Payment

All service prices are displayed in UAE Dirhams (AED). Session pricing starts from AED 99 per hour. Full pricing is available on our Services page.

• Prices are fixed per therapy type and session duration — no hidden fees
• No surge pricing applies, regardless of time or day of visit
• Payment is accepted in cash (AED) and supported digital payment methods
• Full payment is due at the time of service, before or upon completion of the session

We reserve the right to update pricing at any time. Updated pricing will be reflected on our website and communicated directly upon enquiry.

6. Cancellations & No-Shows

Since most of our clients are walk-ins, formal cancellation policies apply primarily to pre-arranged or scheduled appointments:

• If you need to cancel a pre-arranged booking, please notify us at least 1 hour in advance via phone or WhatsApp
• Clients who do not arrive for a confirmed scheduled appointment without prior notice may be deprioritised for future bookings during peak hours
• We do not charge cancellation fees for standard bookings

Jameela Spa Ajman reserves the right to reschedule or cancel appointments in exceptional circumstances (e.g. staff unavailability, facility maintenance). In such cases, we will contact the client as soon as possible.

7. Client Conduct & Code of Behaviour

Jameela Spa Ajman is a licensed professional wellness facility. All clients are expected to behave respectfully and appropriately at all times. We operate under UAE laws and Ajman regulatory standards.

7.1 Zero Tolerance Policy

We operate a strict zero-tolerance policy against any form of inappropriate conduct, including but not limited to:

• Any request for, suggestion of, or attempt at sexual services of any kind
• Verbal abuse, threats, or harassment of any staff member
• Physical aggression or inappropriate physical contact with therapists
• Recording, photographing, or filming within the facility without prior written consent
• Behaviour that disrupts other clients or the operation of the facility

Any client found violating this policy will be asked to leave immediately without refund. We reserve the right to report such incidents to the relevant UAE authorities.

7.2 Dress & Hygiene

• Clients are expected to arrive with basic personal hygiene
• Disposable wear or towels will be provided as part of the session
• Clients under the apparent influence of alcohol or controlled substances may be refused service

8. Health & Safety

Your safety is our priority. Before your session, our team may ask basic health and wellness questions. It is your responsibility to disclose any relevant medical conditions, allergies, injuries, or physical limitations that may affect the safety or suitability of a treatment.

• Clients with serious medical conditions should consult a qualified physician before booking any massage therapy
• We reserve the right to decline a service if, in the professional judgement of our therapist, a treatment may pose a health risk to the client
• Jameela Spa Ajman is not liable for any adverse reactions resulting from failure to disclose relevant health information prior to a session

All treatment rooms are sanitised between sessions. Fresh linen, towels, and oils are provided for every client.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by UAE law, Jameela Spa Ajman shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website
• Loss or damage to personal belongings brought into the facility
• Any injury or adverse health outcome resulting from failure by the client to disclose relevant medical information
• Service interruptions due to events beyond our reasonable control (force majeure)

Our total liability to any client shall not exceed the amount paid by that client for the specific session in question.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on jameelaspaajman.ae — including text, images, videos, logos, service descriptions, and page layouts — is the exclusive intellectual property of Jameela Spa Ajman unless otherwise stated.

• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or republish any content from our website without prior written permission
• Unauthorised use of our brand name, logo, or content for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited
• Links to our website are permitted provided they do not misrepresent our services or brand
